The problem
Cascade's operations staff needed to reference hundreds of pages of internal policy and procedure documents throughout the day, spread across a shared drive with no real search. Finding the right policy often meant messaging a supervisor and waiting.
The solution
We built a retrieval-augmented internal tool that indexes Cascade's policy documents, lets staff ask plain-English questions, and returns answers with direct citations back to the exact document and page, access-scoped so each role only retrieves what they're authorized to see.
